UH Adaptive Athletics

Adaptive Athletics at UH is a sports club and program housed in the Department of Health and Human Performance. Presently, I serve as the academic advisor and director of the program. We currently host large scale disability sport events and programing in partnership with The Institute for Research and Rehabilitation.

Adaptive Athletics: Community Healthcare Worker Model Study

The Community Healthcare Worker Model Study at UH is a collaborative effort between researchers in adaptive athletics, sport administration, community health and other related fields with a goal to study the impact of Community Healthcare Worker Model Based Disability Sport Programming on Latinx with Mobility Impairments.
