Tiny Steps to Health Study
The study provides $300 in Amazon gift cards and access to:A family program (10 weeks): 1 hour meetings or 90 minute playgroups with other families. Classes and playgroups focus on how to get toddlers to eat healthy and be active.
OR
YMCA membership: maintain your lifestyle for 10 weeks and earn a 1 month family membership to the YMCA
